• The prices are in EUR per day without board, excl. visitor's tax and final cleaning.
• From the age of 15 years, a local tax of € 2.50 per person and overnight stay is charged
• The rental price includes bed linen and towels. 
• Check-in: from 16:00
• Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
• A 25% deposit is required with bookings

Cancellation conditions

• In case of late arrival and early departure we charge the full daily rate for the date you booked
• Up to 3 months before the start of the holiday we do not charge a cancellation fee
• From 1-3 months before arrival we charge 40%.
